The Messenger of Allāh صلى الله عليه وسلم said: The Muslim is a brother to the Muslim, he doesn't oppress him nor does he forsake him. Bukhari narrated it. (1)
Commentary: Ibnu hajar said: He doesn't oppress him: This is an information with the meaning of command, for the oppression of the Muslim is impermissible. He doesn't forsake him: That is, he does not leave him with the one who will harm him, nor in what will harm him, rather, he assists him and wards off harm away from him, this is more specific than leaving off harming him.
